Andrew has 20 years experience as a corporate lawyer, entrepreneur and investor, who has worked with many companies and has significant expertise across a wide range of industry sectors, with an emphasis on technology.
Andrew has a BA (Economics) a Masters in Law, has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and is an admitted solicitor.
Andrew founded the legal business of Automic Group (Australia’s only business which provides Legal, Registry, Accounting and Company Secretarial Services to ASX entities).
Andrew is incredibly experienced in ASX listings, having been involved in over 50 listings in the last 20 years

Jonathan has over 25 years’ experience as a management consultant and corporate advisor across a wide range of industries in Australia and overseas, and is currently Managing Director of Pager Partners Corporate Advisory.
Jonathan has a Masters of Economics and qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte, where he commenced his career.
Jonathan has restructured and listed a range of public companies and been a director of publicly listed companies in the resources and industrial sectors.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a chartered accountant and has an MBA in strategy from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Michael commenced his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers over 20 years ago. Michael has gained valuable experience in both Sydney and London in general management, audit, insolvency, corporate advisory and strategy across a wide range of industries.
Michael has been involved in the restructuring, recapitalisation and relisting of a number of ASX listed entities and been an active Director on a number of these companies.
